For perfectly hydrated skin

For pimple-free skin

Acne can be caused by many things, but a good diet can help to limit the appearance of pimples. This can be achieved by reducing or eliminating certain types of food.

Avoid consuming fast sugars (industrial cakes, white flour-based foods, sodas, sweets, etc.). High sugar consumption leads to a high production of sebum which cannot be eliminated. As a result, pimples will appear. It is also necessary to reduce dairy products, as they promote skin inflammation.

We recommend that you privilege the following foods:

  • eggs (the best source of protein there is)
  • wholemeal bread
  • red meat (OCCASIONALLY! Rich in zinc to avoid overproduction of sebum)
  • whole grains
  • green vegetables(for the right nutrients essential for a good balance)
  • green tea
  • red fruits (rich in antioxidants!)

For wrinkle-free skin

Oxidative stress is one of the main factors in skin ageing. Applying antioxidant and anti-wrinkle creams is necessary to protect your skin. But an antioxidant diet also protects your skin from premature ageing. Red fruits are excellent antioxidants!
To keep your skin fresh and wrinkle-free for as long as possible, eat fruits and vegetables with antioxidant properties. They will counteract the ageing effects of free radicals. Therefore, choose foods that are rich in :

  • In vitamin A, they protect against UVA (carrot, pumpkin, melon …),
  • In vitamin E, antioxidants par excellence, they fight against cell ageing (olive oil to other vegetable oils, oleaginousx…),
  •  In vitamin B, they repair tissues (dried fruit, green vegetables…).
  • In collagen to produce elastin, responsible for the youthful appearance of the skin

For a firm skin

Your skin can lose firmness and elasticity when it lacks collagen. To avoid this loss of firmness, eat foods that promote collagen production such as:

  • Protein-rich foods
  • Spinach
  • Red peppers
  • Kiwis
  • Bone broth (one of the most effective!)

Also include foods with a high vitamin C content in your diet, which will help stabilise collagen. So eat as much citrus as you like!
