La Cure Beauté reveals its best feel good tips to adopt all year long!

Whether it’s a new beauty routine to take care of your skin, healthy habits for your body or a new mantra, it’s time to become the best version of yourself in 5 steps!

1. Add good music to your routine

Everything is easier with good music! So we open our favorite application, we create a “feel good” playlist and we add in our most motivating music, all decades included!

Whether it’s the Spice Girls, Britney Spears, Michael Jackson or Sheryfa Luna “he had the words” (BASIC!), we select THE music that makes us want to dance, that makes us sing at the top of our lungs, that puts us in a good mood in the morning …

You can listen to this playlist to motivate you, to make sport, or as soon as you will feel a slump. So get your Airpods!

2. A good mantra for extra care

This sentence that inspires you, that makes you smile, that makes you relativize in case of problems… In short, these few words that you will repeat to yourself every morning before getting up to face the day, these words that you will keep in a corner of your head every day to focus on the things that are most important to you.

3. A cocooning beauty break to feel beautiful and treat yourself!

No! Getting ready in the bathroom is not a hell, nor a waste of time! You have to know how to organize this moment so that it is beneficial to your complexion and your morale! You have to adapt what you eat to your body’s needs, according to your daily physical activity, your nutritional needs, your allergies… Don’t hesitate to diversify your meals, try world cuisines or especially make your own dishes as much as possible. It is also important to regularly do a blood test to check if you do not have any deficiencies or others! In short, we take care of our body from the inside and listen to it!
