1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1.1 – The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders placed by any person (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with the company (hereinafter referred to as “INTERPRESTIGE | LA CURE BEAUTÉ”) in their version in force at the time of the order.
The validation of your order implies acceptance of the GTC.
All deliveries and services are governed exclusively by these GTC unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

1.2 – The term consumer used in the GTCs refers to a natural person placing an order that is not part of his professional activity.
The term “working day” as used in these GTCs refers to all days of the week except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

1.3 – INTERPRESTIGE reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

 

2 – CONSULTATION OF THE SPECIFIC PROVISIONS

2.1 – You can consult these terms and conditions at any time on our website www.lacurebeaute.fr. You can print or save this document. The contractual terms and conditions of your order are included in the order confirmation e-mail that will be sent to you automatically at the e-mail address you have provided.

2.2 – The data you entered when creating your account is protected by a password. You undertake not to divulge this password to a third party. You can at any time consult the data of your account, question your current or previous orders, the current or previous deliveries, modify the data concerning you.

 

3 – PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

3.1 – The products presented on the site are available while stocks last.
The order and the delivery are validated only by the sending of an e-mail of confirmation by our care from the address                  .

3.2 – The products presented are photographed and described as faithfully as possible. Depending on the Internet browser and/or the screen used, the colors may not be as accurate as they really are.

 

4 – HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE

4.1 – The user who wishes to purchase a product from the online store must:

  • Fill in the identification form with all the required information. A login and password will be requested.
  • Select the product(s) at the desired frequency (if subscription),
  • Confirm the order, the order becomes final when you click on “place the order”.
  • Make the payment in accordance with the conditions
  • We will acknowledge your order with an order confirmation sent to the address you provided

4.2 – Any placing of order is worth acceptance of your share of the prices and description of the products which you will have placed in your basket

4.3 – We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order or who presents any suspicion of fraud.

 

5 – RATE

5.1 – The prices of the articles are indicated in Euros, except forwarding costs. These are indicated by default in TTC rights and taxes included

5.2 – Delivery to Metropolitan France and the European Union: Rate applied: All taxes included (TTC). VAT rate 20 %.

  • Delivery to DOM TOM: Applied rate: Excluding taxes (HT). VAT and other duties will be paid by the recipient to the customs services of the place of delivery.
  • Delivery to countries outside the European Union: Rate applied: Duties and taxes included. No duties are due to the customs services of the place of delivery. They are paid by the sender, the company INTERPRESTIGE. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of order registration.

5.3 – INTERPRESTIGE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied to the consumer is the one corresponding to the day of validation of his order.

 

6 – DELIVERY

6.1 – Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.

You will have to specify all the information which you will judge necessary: access code, floor, presence of a guard. In the event of error or imprecision in the wording of the coordinates of the purchaser, we cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the order.

6.2 – For the Metropolitan France, the consumer will have the choice between a delivery COLISSIMO with signature in a relay close to his residence or with the address of his choice by LA POSTE in parcel colissimo followed.

For countries outside of France and the EU, delivery will be provided by the carrier to the address you have indicated and will be the amount of 25 €.

6.3 – Delivery Problems :

If the original packaging is damaged, torn or open at the time of delivery, we advise you to note the words “with reservations + reason(s)” and to check the condition of the item(s), or to refuse the package with the words “refused because open or damaged” on the carrier’s delivery slip. You then have three days to notify our company. You will have to state in detail the problem found (for example: damaged package, already opened…)

In case of non-delivery of the package within the time announced by the carrier, you must inform us as soon as possible. We will then open an investigation with the services concerned and we will do everything possible to ensure that the waiting time is reasonable.

6.4 – We undertake to deliver the goods ordered on the site within the time limit, expressed in working days, which will be displayed in the summary of your order and in the order confirmation e-mail.

 

7 – TERMS OF PAYMENT

7.1 – The price is payable at the time of order and in one go.

7.2 – Any attempt to defraud, for whatever amount and whatever the origin, will be subject to criminal prosecution

7.3 – The payment of the order will be done either by :

  • Bank card (BLUE CARD)
  • Credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)

    The payment is secured through the CIC bank, equipped with a security device: the 3D secure program, with a request for authentication at the time of payment, to limit the fraudulent use of a card number on the Internet without the knowledge of its owner.

     

    8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    8.1 – The customer has a period of fourteen clear days from the day of receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal and to return the goods. The returned products must be in the original state, not used. At reception of the parcel, Interprestige will judge of the perfect state of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the buyer and such use or damage renders the products unfit for sale. You have the right to open the packaging and to try the delivered products as long as this does not make the goods unfit for sale. If the return is refused, the products will be returned to the buyer at our expense without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement. If the customer withdraws within the given time limit, INTERPRESTIGE undertakes to reimburse the customer for the totality of the sums paid, with the exception of the return costs, which will remain the responsibility of the customer.

     

    9 – RESPONSABILITES

    9.1 – In the process of online sale, the company INTERPRESTIGE is only held by an obligation of means; its responsibility could not be committed for a damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of the service, or other problems independent of our will.

     

    10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    10.1 – All the elements of the site of the company INTERPRESTIGE | La Cure Beauté are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company INTERPRESTIGE. Nobody is authorized to reproduce, exploit, diffuse, or use in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, the elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound. Any simple link or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the written consent of INTERPRESTIGE. Any total or partial reproduction of INTERPRESTIGE’s websites is strictly forbidden without prior agreement.

     

    11 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

    11.1 – We record the data that you communicate to us during your order. The automated collection and processing of this data concerning you is necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations. They can be transmitted to the companies which contribute to these relations such as those charged with the execution of the services and orders for their management, execution, treatment and payment. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer you and the information (e.g. product offers) we send you.

     

    12 – ARCHIVING, EVIDENCE

    12.1 – INTERPRESTIGE will archive the order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a true copy, in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the French Civil Code. The computerized registers of the company will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

     

    13 – APPLICABLE LAW

    13.1 – The contractual relationship between us and our consumer customers is subject to French law.
